Mock Draft has Bengals picking Utah TE

http://www.draftcountdown.com/sub/Mock-Draft-B.php

In recent years the Bengals have accumulated a lot of young defensive talent, using four consecutive first round picks on that side of the ball from 2005-2008 plus second and third rounders last year. Perhaps now it’s time to help out the offense. Cincinnati has been searching for a pass catching threat at tight end for years but with little or no luck. Granted they just drafted Chase Coffman last year but his inability to get on the field and make an impact even though the Bengals were decimated by injuries at the tight end position speaks volumes. Oklahoma’s Jermaine Gresham might have been the first tight end selected in the 2009 NFL Draft had he come out early and he entered this season as a potential Top 15 overall pick.

The season is now over....FA's for Cincinnati anyone?

Super Bowl Thoughts

* Sean Payton was quite simply one of the most aggressive coaches in Super Bowl history. How many times have you witnessed coaches in the big game, especially rookies, who refuse to take chances.

* Drew Brees proved that he deserves to be talked about right alongside with the upper echelon quarterbacks in the league. What a performance for a guy that's never been there before.

* I'll admit it...I was rooting for Indy to win. I simply believed that the better quarterback was going to win. Last night at least, the better one did.

* Are the Indianapolis Colts the Atlanta Braves of the NFL? From 1995-2006, the Braves won 11 straight AL East Titles, but won only one World Series. From 2002-2009, the Indianapolis Colts have a regular season record of 99-29 and won 6 division championships, but have just one Super Bowl Title.
